We want you to love your Subtl Beauty routine, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all of our portable makeup stacks. If your shade isn't a perfect match or you aren't completely satisfied, we're here to help you find your glow.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to begin the process.

  Select Your Preference

  Choose whether you would like to exchange your product for a different shade or receive a refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Print & Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely package your items in their original packaging or a small mailer.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
